Important Philips Emergency Care Update

As you know, in January, Philips announced the sale of the Emergency Care Business to Bridgefield Capital. Over the last few months, we have made significant progress in preparing Emergency Care to operate as a standalone business. We are pleased to announce the name of Emergency Care will become Heartstream.
